What EatLog does

EatLog is a private diary for the restaurants you visit and every dish you eat. Rate each dish from 0.5 to 10, mark the ones worth ordering again, and always know what to get next time.

Stays on this phone. No account, no tracking.

Backup and a new phone

There is no account and no cloud sync, so your EatLog data lives only on this phone. A backup file is how you keep a copy or move to a new phone.

  1. In EatLog, open Settings and tap Export backup. EatLog puts your data and photos into one .zip file and opens the share sheet.
  2. Choose where the file goes, for example Files, AirDrop or Mail, and keep it somewhere safe.
  3. On the new phone, install EatLog, open Settings, tap Import backup and pick the file.

Importing adds what is missing. Entries already on the phone are kept and nothing is overwritten.

Deleting the app deletes its data. If you want to keep it, tap Export backup first.
